About Me

Hi, I am the owner of Clockwork Books which I set up with the aim of helping sole traders and small companies to manage their business bookkeeping needs. My first career was in IT working as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for companies such as Morgan Grenfell, BUPA and the BBC.

For 16 years I ran my own sole trader business in niche retail and doing my own bookkeeping. This has led me to study bookkeeping, pass the necessary exams with distinction, and create Clockwork Books in 2018.

I live and work near Wandsworth Common, and when I can, go to a local primary school to help the children improve their reading. I regularly go Nordic walking on the common and in the summer enjoy cycling off road in the country preferably with a good country pub and on a sunny day.

Charlotte is organised, thorough and has an excellent eye for detail and has proved invaluable to me as a sole trader.
